2017 YTE Beijing Pre Selection

For the second round of our Young Talents escoffier (YTE), we traveled from Guangzhou to Beijing. We hosted the contest at the Beijing Fengtai Vocationnal High School.

The amazing contest was organized by our Bejing sub_delegation president, Chef Rick FU.

Young Talent Trophy 2016 Day 3
As the competition for the Young Talent Trophy was reaching its peak, the final day of the contest was around the corner. Some young chefs already new they lost but kept on fighting until the end. The true spirit of Escoffier was taught. As the last minutes were being counted down as the young chefs were on the edge of breaking pulling out their last plates with the last recipe given to them from Chef Auguste Escoffier "Salmon Coquille" and "Pomme Duchesse".
