2017 First MasterClass with Chef Didier Corlou

Join us for our very first MasterClass of the year 2017 featuring our Honorary President, Chef Didier Corlou. Being the first foreign chef to come to Vietnam, he discovered with pelasure Vietnramese sprices and cuisine. Since then, he has never stopped mixing Vietnamese spices with his French skills, making us discover new tastes. Always wanting to transmit his knowledge to the younger generation, he now opens his doors for us to discover his recipes based on salted butter.

Last workshop of the year

For the last workshop of the year 2016, we had the pleasure to share with young and aspiring Chefs the perfect recipe for the Chocolate Christmas log. The demonstration was held at WorkGlobal with the support of Président (Lactalis). Chef Yuriba Hudault cooked in front of amazed learners who were all looking forwards to the degustation at the end of the workshop.

Saigon Gourmet Week

A few days ago, we closed the 2nd Saigon Gourmet Week hosted by Disciples of Escoffier Vietnam in partnership with Sofitel Saigon Plaza. During one week, 5 Michelin-star Chefs displayed their culinary talents during cooking classes, lunches and dinners. With a different menu for every meal, there was no doubt that it was the most creative culinary week of 2016.
