2017 Wuhan Gala Dinner

Disciples Escoffier China, was pleased as we are extending our family to the center of China by going to Wuhan, where we hosted our first epicurean gala dinner at the Hilton Riverside, where 8 Escoffier members came to support the opening of our new chapter, led by our new member and new president of the Wuhan sub delegation Chef Philippe Uzan. To support we had the pleasure to have our Vice president Jean Michel Weiss, Chef Tony Jiang, Chef Sarah Ni, Chef Eric Holveck, Chef Paul Dai, Chef Dimanche Li and sommelier Li Yang.

The event hosted by Chef Philippe was based on a French theme with each chefs cooking one dish of their own creation for this exceptional dinner.

The French consul general was the guest of honor amongst many other VIP who came.

We also took this opportunity to official welcome and enthronize Chef Philippe into the Escoffier family.
We are looking forward to the expansion of our epicurean dinners and other event in the central region of China.
