ANDRÉ BOSIA, Vice President of Delegation

After a career among luxury hotels, Embassies and highly-praised restaurants, André Bosia has settled down in Vietnam since 2008. His first Vietnamese experience was as the Executive Chef of Sofitel Métropole Hanoi where he conducted the repositioning of Sofitel to Legend. From there he was researched in numerous projects that needed a redefinition / creation of menu and wine lists.
Also Maître Cuisinier de France, André has taken over the Disciples d’Escoffier Vietnam presidency for the North where his energy is much welcome to develop the organization further. With more meetings between members and upcoming great culinary events, his love of sharing cannot be stopped.
