  • Pork Rack  
  • 800 g Pork Rack
  • 20 g Paprika
  • 20 g Chili Powder
  • 20 g Garlic Powder
  • 20 g Onion Powder
  • 20 g Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Coriander Powder
  • 40 g Brown Sugar
  • 20 g Rock Salt
  • 8 g Ground Black Pepper

  • 40 g Black Sesame Seeds
  • 40 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 20 g Chopped Fresh Coriander
  •    
  • Glaze  
  • 40 g Chopped Fresh Garlic
  • 240 ml Honey
  • 240 ml Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 160 ml Soya Sauce
  • 20 ml Balsamic Vinegar
Method 
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the spices with the brown sugar.
  • Rub evenly the pork rack and place into the auto power.
  • Cook for 45 minutes at low heat.
  • Combine the seasme seeds and the chopped coriander, then set aside.
  • To make the glaze, in a medium size sauce-pan over low heat, add all the ingredient and cook for about 10 minutes, until you obtain a sirupy
  • Consistency. Then st in a warm place.
  • When the pork rack is almost cooked, over glaze it with the sauce.
  • Add the blend of sesames and coriander on top evenly, and finish cooking.
