Aurelien Del Rio, YTE Service Contest

Born in France, Aurelien Del Rio started his career in the kitchen at hotels and restaurants in 2004. From 2008 to 2015, he joined Restaurant Le Fournil as a trainee and then bought the restaurant back from the previous owner. In 2013, he became a member of Euro-Toques France.

In 2016, Aurelien moved to Bali, Indonesia, he opened his own restaurant Warung Goûthé by Jean & Yen.

Aurelien holds a bachelor degree in culinary arts and management from Institut Paul Bocuse, France.
