Aurelien Del Rio, YTE Service Contest

Born in France, Aurelien Del Rio started his career in the kitchen at hotels and restaurants in 2003. From 2008 to 2015, he joined Restaurant Le Fournil as a trainee and then bought the restaurant back from the previous owner. In 2013, he became a member of Euro-Toques France.

Aurelien moved to Bali, Indonesia in 2016, he is the owner and manager of Restaurant Warung Goûthé by Jean & Yen, he will open a new outlet at the end of 2021.

Aurelien holds a bachelor degree in culinary arts and management from Institut Paul Bocuse, France.
