Benjamin is the Chief Operating Officer at ICDE (Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier), leading the development of training programs for culinary professionals in Asia. With a background in the asset management industry, he is a former Portfolio
Manager and Investment Director at several
financial institutions in Geneva and Shanghai. Passionate about the field of education, he is also a Board Director at a philanthropic foundation awarding research grants to post-doctorate medical students.
Benjamin holds a M.A. in East Asian Studies from Columbia University, and a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He is an alumnus of the Leaders in Development program, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. He was formerly President and executive committee member of the Columbia University alumni association in Geneva and Shanghai.
