Bruno Cardone is an Italian chef which started his career in Switzerland’s hospitality sector at the renowned Les Roches Hotel Management School, where he discovered his passion for the hospitality environment and cooking.
His professional journey has offered the opportunity to strengthen his culinary skills working for more than a decade for the Four Seasons hotels and Resorts in Hawaii, Palo Alto and Saint Louis. In addition to the numerous years spent in the hotel industry, he moved back to California and was offered the chance to work in Hollywood as a private chef catering culinary experiences to celebrities.
The thrill and passion for the kitchen environment and the interest in training has brought chef Bruno to expand his interests and develop his professional skillset to the world of education where in 2010 moving to Amman, Jordan he has led the culinary team of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and moving forward in 2016 he then opened as Operation Manager the Hotel Management School °Les Roches° in Chicago, Illinois.
Finally in 2017 chef Bruno has been grateful to participate and lead the Culinary program at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
