Transferring the Knowledge sake master from Ralphs wines graces our lounge.Secetary Donna Chua served guests while a specail tasting menu was prepared by Chef Philip & Institue culinare disciples@escoffier's Chef David with foie gras , pickeled vegetables , imported cheese & choriozo's from S&L , tasty Vegetables from holy carbao.Chef de cuisine Nicolas ( DDE member ) from The Raffels attended , Chef de cuisine chef bertrand from the penisula & executive pastry chef xavair from the pensuila , Shun holding group of sofitel & alex joseph ralphs wine also attended
