Once a year, the big gastronomic event organized by Disicples Escoffier Asia Pacific and its 13 delegations, to celebrate the French gastronomy, value professionals, and contribute to the transmission of knowledge to the young generation.
From 2014 to 2019, 30 chefs, with 26 stars Michelin, have supported the event, sharing their passion and know-how to young chefs and the epucureans in the Asia Pacific region.
The year, the Escoffier Week is divided in 4 main parts: Black and White Gala Dinner, Young Talents Escoffier, Symposium on F&B issue, and cooking demo by great chef.
