Chef owner of Les Planches Busan, Franck Lamache has a very impressive background in the culinary scene. He started his career at the heart of French fine dining, worked for 12 years alongside celebrated chefs at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Hotel du Palais in Biarritz (1* Michelin), Le Taillevent in Paris (3* Michelin), Hotel de Crillon in Paris (2* Michelin), Alain Ducasse in Paris (3* Michelin), L’Assiette Gourmande in Normandy (1* Michelin). In 1999, Franck became sous-chef of Günter Seeger in Atlanta, USA. Franck moved in Asia in 2003, he enriched his experience in Seoul, Astana and Kuala Lumpur. In 2014, Franck decided to open his own restaurant Les Planches in Busan, sharing his food philosophy and French taste with his clientele.
