Chef Jatuporn Juengmeesuk, a Thai Chef that had been active in Thailand culinary industry for more than 15 years which include working in various French and Thai restaurant in Bangkok as chef de cuisine. Due to his high profile in term of competing in various Thailand domestic culinary competitions, he was recruited by the Founder of Thailand Culinary Academy / Chef Willment Leong as National culinary coach which main objective is to develop professional Thai Chefs, Junior Chef by training, sending chefs to participate in international culinary competitions and heavily involve in Humanitarian effort. Till date, with the support from Chef Jatuporn Juengmeesuk, Thailand Culinary Academy had developed 128 Thai Chefs, won a total of 67 overall Trophies, 2 Gold Medal with Distinction, 87 Gold, 139 Silver, 109 Bronze Medal and perform 22 trips of CSR (Corporate social responsibility) charity event in Thailand. Apart from sending Thai Chef for international culinary competition, in the same time, Chef Jatuporn also acts as culinary coach to train Taiwan & South Korea culinary student. Additional profile includes Thailand National Culinary Coach for World Skill London in Year 2011 and World Skill Germany in Year 2013, by Ministry of Thai Labor Skill. In Oct 2013, all the effort Chef Jatuporn Juengmeesuk contributed to the World culinary scene had earned recognition from World Association Chef Societies (94 Country with 10 million chefs member) by honor him as World Chef Culinary Dream Team member which Chef Jatuporn represent whole of Asia together with world top 7 best of the best chefs from Sweden, USA, Iceland and South Africa.
