She started her career as a Mission Translator in Hong Kong Consulate General of Republic of Indonesia. (1992-2003)
Jessica discovers Food &Beverage in 2004, Singapore when she joins her husband in a European restaurant in East Coast and at the elaboration of a French Bistro on Boat Quay.
She provided then her culinary expertise in team training, committed to quality and cost control. Jessica used her skillful marketing strategy in the development of the catering division, from set up to finish. The businesses were sold to a local investor in the year of 2010.
She brought her experience to a new level when she started French Express Pte Ltd(2010), followed by Cookal Asia Pte Ltd (2011).
From a local distributor of French product in Singapore, Cookal Asia now work as an representative for the Cookal range of products and sell all over ASIA. She uses her spare time in relief operation whenever she can for Don Bosco in the Philippines.
