Jim Cholet, Social Networks Manager

Born in 1975, he did all his schooling in Tahiti up to the preparatory classes for business schools.
He then joined the ISG in 1994 and continued his studies in Paris, New York and Tokyo in particular.
He completed his studies in 1997 and began working directly in the family business trading in quality food products, Comptoir Commercial Cécile, founded by his father in 1976.

Passionate about gastronomy and wine, he enrolled in the Hotel School in the course of CAP Cuisine for adults which he obtained in 2014.
