Kenny Chung - Singapore

Introduction 

The Disciples Escoffier Singapore (6th June) delegation concluded the eighth regional selection with a blast at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy where 8 candidates competed to represent Singapore at the Asia Final. Kenny Chung, management trainee of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore was named the winner, producing the best competition dish with duck breast and foie gras.

Guest judges come from the Singapore Chefs’ Association, Mandarin Oriental, the Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore as well as Regent Singapore. 3*** Michelin starred chef Bruno Menard was among all the guests that joined the Singapore delegation on that day.
