Our March 2017 Disciples Escoffier Epicurean Dinner, brought us this time on the edge of the magnificent Bund in Shanghai at POP restaurant, with Chef David Chauveau at the helm of the kitchen in this new and unique concept. Chef David created an amazing 5 course menu that included Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Sea bass and a nice well-cooked pigeon.
After having the cocktail reception with French Champagne on their unique open terrace, the more than 30 guests also enjoyed the view while having dinner.
