Mr. Peter Zhou began his culinary journey in 1988 at Olive Trees, an Italian restaurant. With more than 30 years of experience, his attention to detail has set a good foundation for a future management role. He commenced his Hyatt culinary career at Grand Hyatt Melbourne in 1993, followed by Park Hyatt Melbourne, Grand Hyatt Shanghai, Grand Hyatt Hangzhou (formerly known as Hyatt Regency Hangzhou) and Hyatt on the Bund before returning to Grand Hyatt Shanghai as its Director of Food & Beverage, a position that he held until he was appointed General Manager of Park Hyatt Ningbo in September 2013. In July 2018, he was appointed General Manager of Park Hyatt Hangzhou. From February to August 2021, he was appointed as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Shenzhen concurrently. From October 1, 2021, Mr. Peter Zhou was selected as Area Vice President for Zhejiang Province and Hefei.
In 2010, he was honored with the title of President of Disciples Escoffier Greater China Delegation. "Hardworking, tireless spirit, enthusiasm and never giving up." 周宏斌先生的职业生涯开始于1988年的墨尔本橄榄树餐厅,至今已从事酒店行业30年有余,从1993年正式加入墨尔本君悦酒店担任厨师起,先后在墨尔本柏悦酒店、上海金茂君悦大酒店、杭州君悦酒店(原杭州凯悦酒店)、上海外滩茂悦大酒店担任厨房部行政管理要职,并于2011年应邀回到上海金茂君悦大酒店,任职餐饮部总监。2013年9月就任宁波柏悦酒店总经理,2018年7月回到杭州担任杭州柏悦酒店总经理, 2021年2月至8月, 兼任深圳君悦酒店总经理。2021年10月1日,被凯悦国际酒店集团任命为区域副总裁,负责浙江省及合肥区域。同时也是最负盛名的法国埃科菲厨皇协会中国区会长。 “用心、勤快、认真、有激情,加上永不放弃。” 这是周宏斌先生对自己成功的最好总结。在他30多年的从业经验中,曾获得诸多荣誉:
