For 10 years I have lived in New Caledonia. Here, because of my insatiable appetite for new discoveries, I truly revealed myself. I tried to touch everything: snack truck, brewery, restaurants, airport, food service, diet cuisine, bakery, pastry shop, barbecue competition, catering, ... and even a local rum distillery!
Through the sandstone of local events around gastronomy, I met the disciples of Escoffier. There, love at first sight!
