The Philippines team


The 16-year old culinary talent Louise Mabulo was awarded The Best Dessert Award at the YTT 2015. She outperformed all the other candidates in making the chocolate tart that demands precise manoeuvre of the cholocate sauce and exemplary skills in handling the pastry. Back home she received the congratulations from the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines with multiple media appearances. She certainly made her team and coaches feel proud of her.
