  • 680 g Milk
  • 20 g Cinnamon stick
  • 400 g Baby pumpkin round
  • 800 g Cream
  • 12 g Egg white power
  • 4 g Agar agar

Method 
  • Take inside of the baby round pumpkin and steam it.
  • Slice the pumpkin cook it in the milk and cinamon, blend.
  • Make the lard espuma.
  • Dress the plate.
