French with Lebanese origins. With a mum “Cuisinière” , Rebecca has spent her childhood in the kitchen learning that it’s the heart place of each house. If she had one cherished memory of her childhood, it would definitely be the Sundays spent with the family cooking and/or eating. Passionate about the F&B sector,she worked in the field on many different levels : managing restaurants in south of France and in the Caribbean. Throughout the years she has always kept a close relationship to the F&B sector. Joining les Disciples d’Escoffier is a way to give a bit of what she experienced through the years.
