Richard Gilletis a French chef who had honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens at home before coming to Cambodia in 1996. He worked as chef de cuisine at French Embassyfor two years, then joined Thalias Group (Topaz Restaurant, Khmer French Bakery –Khmer French Butchery, Baithong Restaurant,Khema Gourmet Boutique…) as Executive Chef, restaurant’s GM and Project Consultant.

Richard Gillet has more than 20 years’ experience of serving Phnom Penh’s fine dining industry, Specialized in the production of new restaurant concepts. Culinary expertise in French fine-dining and bistro cuisine. Highly rated and experienced consultant with demonstrated expertise and strong leadership skills.
