  • 1 piece Yellow pepper
  • 4 piece Mini-zucchini

  • 200 g Americaine Sauce

Method 
  • Cook the lobsters in a Steamer, for about 8min.
  • Refresh, shell.
  • Peel the peppers raw, detail sticks (4X5Cm), trim the ornaments in brunoise.
  • Separately skip the sticks and brunoise, season.
  • Cook the mini-zucchini in English, drain and dig in length.
  • Sauté the lobsters in a nutty butter with a sprig of lemongrass, remove them, deglaze the sautoir with the American sauce.
  • Reduce and glaze lobsters.
  • In a plate, prepare a stuffed zucchini on a bed of pepper sticks, then with the help of a circle, arrange the remaining peppers brunoise.
