Ingredients 
  • PRINCIPAL INGREDIENTS

    5 piece Mango
  • 175 g Butter
  • 125 g White sugar
  •   
  • DECORATION
  • 100 g Pineapple
  • 100 g Kiwi
  • 100 g Dragong fruit
  •  
  • ICE CREAM
  • 1,5 litter Milk
  • 600 g Sugar
  • 900 g Coconut (grated)
Method 
  • Coconut ice cream :
  • Boil 1litter of clear water with 1,200 g sugar , obtain a syrup.
  • Boil the milk and grated coconut, add into the syrup.
  • When cool, pour in ice cream machine.

  • Decoration: 
  • Diced in small piece pinepple , Kiwi, Dragon fruit.
  • Roasted Mango : Cut Mango in to 2 piece , peel of the skin 
  • Spinkle on its surface sugar .
  • Lay mango on the baking tray with butter and roasted in Halogen cooking.
  • Pot for 10-12 mn

  • Dressing :
  • Put in the plate the mango topped with ice cream mango and spread mixe exotical diced fruits around.
