Ronald Silvano is a permanent lecturer for food production subject of Hotel Business Program at Podomoro University, Jakarta.

Graduated from Trisakti Institute of Tourism, Jakarta, Ronald Silvano has 15 years of experience in hotel, restaurant and worked for many restaurant opening set-up or production development projects in the US and Asia. Meanwhile, he continues to refine his training skills and became a permanent lecturer at Podomoro University in 2020.

His achivements include:

  • 1st winner, Indonesian Iron Chef for Indonesian Food category, Jakarta 2006
  • 1st Winner and The best Young Chef, Jakarta Salon Culinaire, Jakarta 2007
  • The Best Asian Junior Team Leader, Salon Culinaire, Jakarta 2015
  • Cooking Expert assistant for World Skill Competition 2015 & 2017
