Samantha organises events Disciples Escoffier Hong Kong Delegation, including Epicurean Dinners, Black and White Dinner Party and the Disciples Escoffier Epicurean Book. She is a cooking instructor and has participated in various charity events, including authoring a cookbook for fundraising. She learnt her patisserie skills at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Prior to entering the culinary world, Samantha had managed a home appliances manufacturing company for over 10 years, which she started for a listed group from scratch and grew it to a business with over 1,000 workers and renowned branded customers worldwide.

She is a certified Hygiene Manager in Hong Kong and ServSafe Manager under the US National Restaurant Association. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
