Shanghai February Epicurean Dinner

Disciples Escoffier China, Shanghai delegation was pleased to continue its culinary journey through Xintiandi at the exclusive Andaz Hotel, an nice 5* hotel with a beautiful  view and setting.

At the helm of the kicthen is Chef Lucian, a veteran in French cooking skills, having trained under Chef Alain Ducasse, Marc Haerbelin and Chef Anne Sophie Pic, just to name a few.

Then he moved on to open the highly reputed Park Hyatt Hotel in the Pudong area, another landmark from the group.

The amazing, simple, yet sophiscated dishes created for our special dinner by Chef Lucian, were truly a delight for all of our epicurean guests.

Notably an enriched experience to be going again next year.

We look forward to next month epicurean dinner at POP restaurant on the famous Bund with a menu specially for us by Chef David Chauveau.
