Tony Jiang, Vice President

Mr. Tony Jiang is the Founder & Director of Tascovery Gourmet Studio since 2009, Vice President of Disciples Escoffier International China Delegation since 2016, a member of the International Exchange Association of Renewed Chinese Chefs, and famous Chinese media chef with more than 660,000 fans.

With 25 experience in fine dining, food service consulting and cooking training, Mr. Tony Jiang has been counselor for many TV series, restaurants and food associations. He was the 1st President of Zwilling Gourmet School in China from 2015 to 2016, he has earned many honors and awards:

蒋颐先生于2009年创立TASCOVERY美食学院(味社)并任校长,2016年至今担任埃科菲厨皇协会中国区副会长,他还是世界华人名厨协会理事、著名的美食专栏及美食书籍作家,其微博“味社创始人TJ”拥有超过66万的粉丝。 

蒋颐先生有25年的高端餐饮、食品服务咨询和烹饪培训经验,曾为多部电视剧提供厨艺指导,并为多家餐厅、食品协会提供咨询服务。2015至2016年,组建策划创办了六所【双立人美食学院】并担任第一任双立人美食学院总院长。他获得的荣誉有:
