French with origins from all over the world (Vietnamese, Chinese, French and Italian), Tu-Tho has spent her childhood in the kitchen as the main place to meet others and share her life while her family made sure she could discover as many cuisines as possible. If she had one cherished memory of her childhood, it would definitely be the Sundays spent with the family cooking and/or eating. Passion, yes, but it wasn’t the job she picked for herself as she wanted food to remain a land to taste, explore and to meet friends. Throughout the years she has always kept her table open and nowadays she’s mostly known to her friends as the girl who could come at their place and cook a meal for all. After opening successfully two traditional Vietnamese restaurants, she wanted to come back to her values of sharing and teaching trough les Disciples d’Escoffier.
