The YTT South Korea team kept the momentum going from last year and was awarded first runner-up this year. SooChang seemed to become the inspiration for many other contestants to learn from. He and his commis demonstrated flawless team work and mastered their time management in preparing every dish with the training with Chef Byong-Dong. The Multi-award winning young chef SooChang will continue on his journey in the quest of culinary excellence in France, in Asia and is ready to impress on an even bigger stage. The South Korea delegation had their enthronement ceremony held at the Disciples Escoffier Theatre this year together with the China delegation inducting new members who had the opportunity to celebrate with their teammates.
